Restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold posses for an extended length of time.



This class starts with a gentle flow to warm the body followed by restorative postures with longer holds to help release stored energy into the system for the week ahead. All levels welcome.

Yin + Restorative Yoga with Wendy Skinner. This is a practice of patience and stillness, this class targets the connective tissue, fascia and joints, restoring range of motion in the body by accessing the parasympathetic system.
